Our Foundation

Sphire Elegance was founded in 2005 as a family business and later bought out by Nuff Respec LLC, another family-owned business in 2016. Since then, Sphire Elegance has evolved but has maintained its commitment to customers and quality.

Customer – As our customer we put your needs and vision first and work tirelessly to reduce your stress in “Creating your Breathtaking” celebration. We know our success is based on your satisfaction.

Quality – We maintain full control of our inventory from manufacturing to linen care. We have spent years in search of and developing relationships which allow us to manufacture our own chairs, linens, and even our own printing for signs and banners. Our linen inventory is inspected, cleaned, and pressed before leaving our facility and further inspected at the time of set-up.

Staff – Our staff is trained to put the customer’s satisfaction first. As such, our schedules are based on your needs (i.e., if delivery and pickup must be done at night, we build our schedule as such). They strive to reduce stress for you and your other vendors by maintaining open lines of communication.

Technology – As part of our effort to be as efficient as possible, we have implemented and are
constantly adding innovative technology to make our systems efficient and productive. These
technologies include specialized equipment to help clean and deliver products as well as computer software that helps us monitor orders, request inventory, and monitor our deliveries.

Communication – We believe in always having open lines of communication and will not hesitate to let our customers know of both the good and challenging situations we are facing. Transparency is one of the most important aspects of our process. Our goal is not only to communicate with you but to connect with you.

Why we stand out

1. We are here to serve you 7 days a week. We always have a staff member available to answer and service your needs. You can text, email, or call.

2. We do not schedule our staff based on a 9-5 shift, but on an as needed basis for our orders. So, if the venue needs us there at 1:00pm and out by 1:00am the next day we will work with them to ensure the products are delivered and removed on time.

3. As a service to our business-to-business customers, we offer rentals out of our delivery fleet.

4. We are the manufacturer of our inventory, so our quality is controlled by us.
